Music publisher Arfon Gwilym was invited to take part in Smithsonian Institute’s exhibition as a folk, penillion (harp accompaniment) and plygain (carol) singer.
But after a seven-hour wait at the US embassy, in London, his visa was refused because of his activities as a former member of Cymdeithas yr Iaith (Welsh Language Society)...
