Quietly sitting in her office, amid the noise of children playing happily in the background at lunchtime, Catrin Pugh Jones has a smile across her face.
The head teacher of Welsh language Felindre Primary School is proudly explaining the meaning behind the lyrics of the Welsh national anthem.
O bydded i'r hen iaith barhau - roughly means the old language will not die," she says."I think it is important for future generations that it doesn't."
